Changes in Athletic/Activity Registration
Woodstock High School, in conjunction with the Cherokee County School District, have developed a new online Athletic/Activity Registration for participation in athletics at Woodstock High School.
Parents will use the Athletic/Activity Registration to submit the required consent, insurance, student documents, and medical information for your student’s athletic registration. Students must be in grades 9-12 to register for athletics or activities.
Accessing the Student Athletic Registration: to access the Athletic Registration Application, login to your Canvas account and follow the “Registering for Activities and Athletics” instructions.
IMPORTANT: STUDENTS STILL NEED TO TURN IN THEIR ACTUAL MEDICAL AND HISTORY FORMS FROM THE PHYSICIAN TO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE. Medical and History Forms are available to print in the canvas portal.  The Covid Waiver is required to participate in sports this school year.  The Coach will collect all the Covid Waivers.
**We will no longer be accepting the paper versions of the required consent, insurance, or student documents***
